Privacy Policy

DMN Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Neon Journey mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Gameplay and Analytics Data

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve gameplay, performance, stability, and user experience.

The information collected may include:

  • App launches, sessions, and screen views

  • Game start and completion events

  • Scores, game duration, coins earned, and highest combo

  • Revive interactions and related results

  • Selected control mode

  • App language

  • Equipped character or skin

  • Device information, operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic information

  • Firebase-generated identifiers

We do not intentionally send your real name, email address, precise location, contacts, messages, photographs, or financial information to Firebase Analytics.

Leaderboard Information

If you submit a score to the global leaderboard, the following information may be transmitted to and stored through Supabase:

  • The player name or nickname you enter

  • Your score

  • Your combo result

  • A randomly generated game-run identifier

  • The submission date and time

Leaderboard information may be visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or include personal information in your player name.

Advertising Data

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information such as:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location

  • Advertising ID and other device identifiers

  • App interactions, including app launches, taps, and video views

  • Device and account information

  • Advertising performance and diagnostic information

  • Crash, performance, and fraud-prevention information

Depending on your region, device settings, age, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.

The App also includes Meta/Facebook SDK components that may process app events, device identifiers, and advertising-related information according to Meta’s policies.

Information Stored on Your Device

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. This may include:

  • Player name

  • Local scores

  • Coins, experience, level, and achievements

  • Unlocked and equipped skins

  • Sound, vibration, music, language, and control preferences

  • General gameplay statistics

You can remove locally stored game information by using the reset option in the App, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling the App.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the App

  • Save game progress and preferences

  • Maintain local and global leaderboards

  • Understand how players use the App

  • Improve gameplay, performance, and stability

  • Diagnose technical problems

  • Display and measure advertisements

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity

  • Comply with legal and platform requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

Information may be shared with the service providers listed above only as necessary to provide analytics, advertising, leaderboard, hosting, security, and technical services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data transmitted to supported third-party services is generally encrypted in transit. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored game information remains on your device until you reset the game data, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.

Analytics, advertising, diagnostic, and leaderboard information may be retained by us or our service providers for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the App.

You may request deletion of leaderboard information or other data associated with you by contacting us at the email address below. We may need information such as your player name and score to locate the relevant leaderboard entry.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device settings. Where required, advertising and analytics consent choices may also be presented within the App.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Children should not enter their real name or other personal information as a leaderboard name.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our services, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
